Chipotle announced a series of initiatives to support those affected by the devastation of the recent hurricanes in the Southeastern U.S.
Farmer Support
The company has made a $250,000 donation to Farm Aid’s Family Farm Disaster Relief Fund, which helps family farmers navigate and recover from disasters with emergency funding, legal and financial resources, advocacy, disaster recovery workshops, and more. Chipotle’s donation will go to farmers who were affected by the recent tropical storms.

The Farmlink Project x Chipotle
Chipotle is teaming up with The Farmlink Project to move unsold produce from farms throughout the region to food banks in the communities hit hardest by the hurricanes.
The Farmlink Project is a nonprofit grassroots movement founded by college students that connects farms with food banks to feed those in need. Since its first partnership in 2020, Chipotle and The Farmlink Project have donated more than 121 million pounds of food to communities across the U.S.
Florida farmers who’d like to donate excess crops can call 346-260-4666 to schedule a pickup.
Red Cross Support via Round Up For Real Change
Chipotle digital guests can leverage the brand’s Round-Up for Real Change feature on the Chipotle app and Chipotle.com to donate to the Red Cross and support the organization’s efforts to provide relief to hurricane victims.
Chip In and Dish Out
The Chipotle Cultivate Foundation matches the generosity and support that eligible Chipotle employees give to charitable organizations through its Chip In and Dish Out program.
Through the “Chip In” component of the program, the Foundation will match eligible employee’s volunteer hours with a monetary donation of $20 per hour, up to $1,000 or 50 hours per employee per calendar year.
“Dish Out” is a financial match program for the Foundation to increase an eligible employee’s overall gift by matching their contribution to a non-profit organization. Eligible employees receive a match of up to $1,000 per year, with a $5 minimum donation.
