Chipotle’s newest Employee Resource Group (ERG), Chipotle Serves, provides the opportunity for Chipotle Restaurant Support Center employees to engage with and enhance the communities in which we operate. Chipotle Serves coordinates two paid half day volunteer opportunities twice a year as a means of supporting local community initiatives. The new ERG recently hosted a beach cleanup with Orange County Coastkeeper and a day of gardening at Local Matters Community Gardens. Chipotle Serves will continue to provide employees with volunteer opportunities that help bring our values to life.
